• Quietness: Not rated Des imbéciles ont hurlé toute la nuit dans la rue et notre porte-fenêtre ne fermait pas, on a à peine fermé l’œil de la nuit. Some gang people screamed in the street all night and our window did not close properly, so we hardly slept that night.

• Value for money: Not rated Ils nous ont dit que les chambres ne pouvaient accueillir que deux personnes et ils nous ont fait payer deux chambres (total 150 Euros), il était hors de question d’être séparé, alors les enfants ont dormi par terre. They made us take two rooms and pay for two (150 Euros) because the rooms were only fit for 2. It was out of question to sleep in different rooms, so the kids slept on the floor.
