Me pongo en contacto con usted pues he visto que al parecer desde el hotel no le ofrecieron la posibildiad de cambiar su regimen alimenticio, desde nuestra página web se puede perfectamente escoger esta opcion y una vez en le hotel tambien existe la posibilida de hacerlo. Siento muchisimo que durante su estancia no se le fuera explicada esa posibilida. Le agradezco de todas maneras su crítica para que no nos vuelva a ocurrir con ningun cliente"
