  • Positive: Todo en general. Habitaciones, desayuno, limpieza, trato amabilísimo del personal, situación del hotel,

  • Cleanliness: 10 El baño perfectamente limpio, todo reformado, de marmol, impecable.
  • Location: 10 Está a 10 min, de la famosa Catedral y de todos los lugaresde interés de Estrasburgo, además tiene bus y tranvía muy cerca para visitar el Parlamento europeo.
  • Common facilities and services: 7.5 Lo único que podría decirse como mejorable es el tamaño del comedor para el desayuno.
  • Staff: 10 El personal muy amable, dispuestos siempre a ayudar, dar información. Muy profesionales.
  • Quietness: 10 Está situado en un lugar muy tranquilo tanto por el díacomo por la noche, pero s/t de noche no se oye nada, es un barrio elegante y tranquilo de Estrasburgo.
  • Room: 7.5 En general bien, tamaño justo sin ser pequeña, tenía una cama grande con almohadas perfectas y ropa de cama de calidad.
  • Value for money: 10 Este año repetimos elmismo hotel, con eso queda todo dicho.
