• Positive: Beautiful houses, very new and comfortable. Nice pool area. Nice maintenance of gardens. Good location to see Algarve by car.
• Negative: Reception staff asking us to stop playing with our children in the pool, because guests complained. Apparently staff likes to promote this as adults only. We really disliked this!

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Good. We did not like that we were asked to be quiet at the pool! Why is there a children’s pool then?
• Staff: 7.5 Friendly and helpful
• Quietness: 5 Again: resort needs to make a choice whether this is a family resort or an adult only resort and be clear in the communication about this. Now people from both groups come here.
• Room: 10 Beautiful and comfortable
• Value for money: 10 Good! (In October)
