• Negative: Checking in was very slow and the guy who checked us in was not very polite and customer friendly.. sometimes a smile goes a long way.. we were told we had a balcony but we didn't... didnt even bother to complain.

• Location: 10 Right in regards of the centre of Old Town just behind the Mirador so very central. Lots of bars and restaurants and right across from tapas alley!

• Staff: 10 Very helpful and courteous and always smiling. Great and knowledgeable bar staff too.
• Quietness: 2.5 Being centrally located there is unavoidable outside noise and we visited at New Year so that speaks for itself with people enjoying themselves. It is not a criticism of the hotel itself
• Room: 5 All you need for a comfortable stay but the bathroom was quite small and could be laid out better
• Value for money: 7.5

• Positive: Lovely friendly/ polite staff. Great location for old town.
• Negative: The English breakfast I didn't enjoy. Couldn't understand after refurbishment why bedroom have dark wooden units in. I felt they took up too much room, and also no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms.

• Location: 10 Great location in Benidorms old town.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Good bar and 24 hour reception. Hotel manager was very helpful.
• Staff: 7.5 Some problems locating my booking but fine once paperwork was found.
• Quietness: Not rated The building has very poor sound proofing. You can clearly hear conversations and people moving around in all surrounding rooms.
• Room: 5 Great balcony and view onto bars. Bed was comfy and room was immaculatly clean. Furniture was ok. What was majorly lacking was a bedside lamp and a mini fridge.
• Value for money: 5 Decent rate for hotel standard, location and lateness of my booking.
