  • Negative: Staff was friendly and nice, but just not commited. Examples: - We asked for taxi fares, they didn't know them. And didn't bother to look them up online or via phone, and didn't ask whether they could get a taxi for us. - We arrived early and left our bags at the reception, and when we got there later for the official check-in, the bags were still at the reception. - Passing the receptionsts 20+ times, they always only said "hello", but never asked once if everything was okay. - The breakfast room staff cared for the breakfast buffet, but ignored the guests.
