• Location: 10 Just within 2 minutes%27 walk to TMB Metro Station Puerta de Toledo which takes just a few stations to the prime shopping location "SOL". Good.

• Staff: 10 Friendly & helpful, and able to communicate in simple English, which is very needed in providing hotel services in Spain.
• Quietness: 10 All the rooms facing Puerta de Toledo are double bed or couple rooms. Single guest should not be prejudiced !
• Room: 7.5 Really too small for the shower place ! Bathing facilities should be provided nowadays !
• Value for money: 7.5 It is highly competitive in view of its proximity to a TMB Metro station which takes just a few Metro stations to the prime shopping location "SOL" where the hotels would charge for a much higher price for their even closer proximity to the shopping location.
