"Estimados cientes, Gracias por su opinión. En primer lugar y tal como hicimos durante su estancia, les pedimos disculpas por nuestro problema con el agua caliente. Como saben, se nos rompió la caldera e intentamos hacer todo lo que estaba en nuestras manos para poder solucionarlo. Lamentablemente y por las fechas en las que nos encontrábamos, Navidad, la respuesta de la empresa de mantenimiento no pudo ser inmediata. Como medida de respuesta, activamos dos termos eléctricos que tenemos por si la caldera falla. Es verdad que no calientan el agua a la misma velocidad que la caldera y que por ese motivo les pedimos que tuvieran paciencia, pero el agua salia caliente. Entendemos su malestar y por eso tuvimos una compensación económica con ustedes. Sentimos que por este motivo su estancia no fuera agradable. Saludos cordiales "

Al restaurarlo, tuvimos que respetar las áreas y dimensiones originales y adaptar nuestras habitaciones y las instalaciones a la normativa del Ayuntamiento. Lamentamos el problema del baño durante su estancia. Nos alegra informarle que el problema ya se ha solucionado. Instead we offer all our clients a special rate with the nearest parking (400 meters from the hotel), we are sorry that you had found the parking lot far away.
