Wir befinden uns mitten im Herzen der historischen Altstadt, in einem Gebäude des 19. Jahrhunderts, das im Jahr 2004 vollständig renoviert wurde. Nos alegra mucho saber que ha sido satisfactoria gracias principalmente a nuestra privilegiada localización en el casco histórico de la ciudad a los pies de la Alhambra, y también por la atención de nuestro personal ya que trabajamos a diario para que nuestros clientes se sientan como en casa. Respecto a su comentario sobre el acceso a su habitación por las escaleras, se trata de un tramo de escaleras muy pequeño que dan acceso a unas de nuestras mejores habitaciones con vistas a la Alhambra y la Catedral. Regarding the size of our bathrooms, we would like to inform you that our hotel is a nineteenth century building, located in a protected area of the city (near the Alhambra). To restore it, we had to respect areas and original dimensions and adapt our rooms and facilities to the regulations of the City Council. Regarding the works, it is true we are expanding and reclassifying stars and with this we want to solve the complaints and satisfy the needs of our customers. Sorry for the inconvenience.
