• Staff: 5 Nothing to shout about, I also stayed at expo in Valencia and they were much better even with them being 3 star.

• Room: 2.5 La habitación de nuestra anterior visita, a pesar de ser estandar y no superior como ésta vez, era más satgisfactoria. Daba hacia el exterior (El corte ingles) con unas vistas preciosas. Las de esta vez daba a una terraza interior, sin vistas y bastante oscura. Además paraceía mas pequeña. No entiendo como puede ser que pagues por una habitación supuestamente mejor y sea infinitamente peor. La unica ventaja es que dispones del minibar. Por otra parte la calefacción no funcionaba correctamente. Pasamos frio por la noche. No habia mantas extras.
• Value for money: 2.5 no corresponde la calidad de la habitación con lo pagado.
