• Negative: the food was never hot, even when a tray was replaced the food was only warm.

• Room: 10 had a junior suite, found the room was cold, don't think the heating unit can cope with the larger room size

• Negative: It was advertised the pool was heated in winter but it was not , the water was freezing so I couldn’t use the pool , I asked at the reception and the lady said it was heated , other people said also it wasn’t heated

• Positive: La restauración era muy buena y variada por lo demás las instalaciones están bien como corresponde a un hotel nuevo
• Negative: La animación deja bastante de desear la diurna no existe y la nocturna es bastante pobre No entiendo que se arreglen las habitaciones que quedan vacías primero dejando las de los residentes para más tarde llegando la hora de comer sin arreglar las habitaciones
