• Positive: Las dimensiones de la habitación, no era demasiado grande, ni excesivamente pequeña. El armario con iluminación interior me parece una idea fantástica.
• Negative: En el baño no se oía la televisión. Nos hicimos un lío con los interruptores de la luz, no sabíamos cual correspondía con cada punto de luz.

• Negative: Lack of ventilation in bathroom, which caused humidity in room and was an obstacle to cooling room with air conditioning on some of the warmest days of the year in Madrid.

• Cleanliness: 10 Our room was always cleaned upon returning from day trips around and out of Madrid. They cleaning staff was friendly and willing to make accommodations.
• Location: 7.5 Though I never took the metro, there is a station right across from the hotel. I chose to walk places, which was a distance depending on where I wanted to go. Five minutes from the Puerta del Sol but a 40 minute walk to the train station.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated
• Staff: 10 Best staff we encountered during our three week stay in Spain.
• Quietness: 10 Surprisingly, the hotel was very quiet, despite the urban location.
• Room: 7.5 The rooms were small but had everything we could have needed, including free wireless interet (good connection) and a free minibar stocked with soda, beer, and fruit drinks daily.
• Value for money: 10 We stayed for more than four days, which automatically gave us a discount. This made the room (non-smoking, queen size bed, large closet, and nice view) very affordable, about 110.00 Euros a night.

• Positive: Convenience to the center of old Madrid and clean, comfortable accomodations. Free and available internet access.
• Negative: Personel were not very helpful the first night when the airconditioning failed to work. It was fixed on the second day, but it was a battle to get a small discount for the first nights stay in a hot room.
