• Location: 10 Excellent location, near all the attractions
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Very nice reception area but we didn't use the common facilities so couldn't comment on that.
• Staff: 7.5 Very efficient and swift check-in and check-out. Could have smiled more though...not the most welcoming staff I have experienced.
• Quietness: 10 Busy road outside but couldn't hear a thing with the double windows closed.
• Room: 5 Room was very small with little rook for the cases, and seen better days with a corner missing from the minibar cupboard where it had been bashed. Some paint chipped off the wall too. The room was far too hot making for an uncomfortable night's sleep and the aircon only blew around warm air around the room. The safe didn't work and there was no iron.
• Value for money: 7.5 Excellent location but it seems a little overpriced considering the size of the room.
