• Positive: The Whole thing. Hotel in Fab location. The Staff were very friendly. The hotel room was lovely. Beautiful Place to stay.

• Location: 10 5 mins from most of the main centre. 20 mins walk to the Palace unless you are browsing.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Would like to have seen a Lounge area!
• Staff: 10 Very good staff. Always pleasant and courteous.
• Quietness: 5 There is noise at night. But what would you expect in the City Centre.
• Room: 5 A good sized room. With amazingly good wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. The Bathroom was a lovely surprise. (quite spacious) with all the extras.
• Value for money: 10 B&B rate was worth the Money. A very good breakfast choice. With generous opening hours.

• Positive: location was excellent for visiting museums and other attractions. Metro stations were close by. Also, there were many restaurants and other stores in the area. The staff spoke English quite well and most were helpful with a good attitudes except for one lady who worked at the desk in the morning. If you double checked anything she said, she showed attitude. There is nothing wrong with verifying information.

• Cleanliness: 10 the room was cleaned everyday.
• Location: 10 close to everything:metro, restaurants, souvenir shops, department stores, etc.
• Common facilities and services: 5 There was one restaurant on site. The breakfast was okay: fruit, cereal, pastries, eggs, cheese, ham and more ham, cereal, and juices for 18 euros
• Staff: 7.5 All were courtesy, but one lady who worked in the morning had an attitude even though she answered questions.
• Quietness: 10 I had an inside room away from the street.
• Room: 7.5 The room size was okay considering I didn't spend lots of time there. It had the usual amenities. The size was a bit unusual. Free drinks in fridge, safe in the room even though I was not able to get it to work.
• Value for money: 5 It was a bit overpriced.

• Room: 10 Free minibar is definitely a plus. The size and luxury of the bathroom was quite nice for a European hotel.
• Value for money: 7.5 The restaurant was expensive. The food was good, but we had better elsewhere.
