• Positive: The free mini bar and very helpful and accommodating staff. When we didn't have the right converter a staff member located one for us and even let us keep it when we left! It was also pretty reasonably priced

• Positive: The staff. Everyone was very accommodating, made reservations for us. Always willing to help, say hello and smile. The quietness of the room (where on 1st floor but couldn't hear anything in the street).
• Negative: The curtains were really bad, they let so much light in. It was hard to sleep because of it (at night you have lights to light up the windows outside, then the sun is up at 6).
