• Positive: The very friendly and helpful staff. The free WIFI and Mini-Bar. The Mini-Bar was refilled everyday which was a nice touch, never had it in a hotel before.

• Positive: Friendly reception when we arrived, room was ready, clean, and lovely bathroom (used the tub). Good location. Easy to get cab to airport in the morning. Breakfast was very good. We were offered many options, appreciated fresh fruit & simple cereals, but if we were really hungry we could have filled up on traditional items (spanish omelet) and pastries. Everything was ready and nicely presented.
• Negative: We were going to dine at hotel restaurant, but after we ordered drinks we could not get service anyones attention for food, so we opted to go elsewhere. The drinks were good, but service was lacking.
