• Location: 10 Sensational location, safe central, and right in the heart of marais. FOr those driving its a little tricky to find, but there is a parking building about 100m down the street which is a great place to park

• Quietness: 7.5 We had an internal room so minimal noise from street, although could hear people in stairs
• Room: 5 Tiny! But it is paris and you don't spend a lot of time in your room. It suited our needs but if you don't like living on top of each other you might want to make sure you get a larger room towards the front?
• Value for money: 7.5 For Paris accomodation it was a good price great location and an enjoyable stay.

• Negative: just about everything else, 5 floors of stairs to climb, very substandard accommodation. (the bathroom separated from room with a shower curtain!). No television although advertise they have it, the hotel could not provide me with an iron, I got locked out as I had not been given any information about reception hours and out of hours access, this hotel cost a lot more than it was worth. I was booked for 2 nights at Pratic so had to stay for those , but found a hotel around the corner for my 3rd night that was much cheaper and the quality was far superior. These people need to do something about either their prices or the quality of the rooms, I will never use this hotel again and will tell others not to use it....a rip off.
