• Cleanliness: 5 bed spread was old, dirty and stained but sheets were clean.
• Location: 10 great location in the marais, close to st. paul metro stop
• Common facilities and services: 5 no real common area...just get your key and go up to your room
• Staff: 5 not all knew english well. daytime staff is much more helpful than night staff
• Quietness: 7.5 it is louder during summer when people are outside in the square late at night. winter was much quieter. travel with earplugs if you need quiet.
• Room: 5 small but decent considering the price. one of our rooms had peeling wallpaper and a cracked sealing due to a prior leak in the roof.
• Value for money: 7.5 for the money you basically get a room in a great location. no amenities, no elevator, but we knew that and didn't care. good for budget travelers who don't care much about their room or "hotel" experience. an internet cafe is nearby on rue du roi-de-sicile

• Negative: The hotel room were VERY small. We changed from a room, where there was no floor space to lay down your suitcase - and only a very small cupboard. The new room had just as small a cupboard as the first one, but just sufficient floor space for your suitcases - if you did not unpack - and closed it every day to stand it in a corner. The door to the bathroom, however, could only open appr. 40 cm. The room had no heating and the drain was blocked. We asked to have the heating fixed, but it did not help.
