• Common facilities and services: 5 Wifi reception poor in rooms. OK in reception. Breakfast is limited, but acceptable

• Quietness: 2.5 This was explained on review sites, so was not a problem.
• Room: 10 Very spacious room. Great bathroom.
• Value for money: 10 Very good value considering the location and facilities offered
