• Positive: the stylish interior and exterior of the hotel. Its situated outside of town but thats a plus as the local transport is right outside the door and takes 10 mins. Quieter location as the town is buzzing and bit mental sometimes. Very friendly staff, rooms are brilliant with the best comfy beds ever....Breakfast is fabulous too with loads of choice.

• Positive: Amabilidad de los recepcionistas, la chica de la barra del bar e instalaciones
• Negative: Contratamos CINCO noches y mi suegro falleció repentinamente a la tercer noche de haber llegado al Hotel. Tuvimos que volver de urgencia a Argentina y no fueron capaces de devolvernos UNA de esas cinco noches que no usábamos. Otros hoteles de 4 estrellas que ni siquiera llegamos a alojarnos (en España, UK, Holanda) nos devolvieron el importe completo. Me pareció muy poco serio y poco profesional. Independientemente de la tarifa reembolsable (o no), esa situación fue extremísima! y nos encontró estando en el Porta Fira y me pareció muy poco empático por parte del Hotel y falta de contención, de ayuda en una situación tan trágica y triste.
