• Negative: Dirty rooms. We had a junior suite with the best view on the 7th Floor. But that was all said. Beds terrible, not clean. After 10 nights we still found long black hairs everywhere. Dinner : we went out eating almost every night as food is not good neither. Even the spaghetti shade was terrible.

• Negative: Someone entered our room and stole money we had placed in a small drawer by our bed. They took over 600 euros and over 300 Swiss francs. The staff at the hotel could offer no explanation as to how it could happen. To say the least we were very disappointed in this event and the fact that no one could offer an explanation as to how this could have happened.
