• Positive: The hotel was lovely, wonderful location, and professionally staffed. Even though Hotel.com screwed up the reservation, they found us a comparable hotel blocks away for the first night, and upgraded us not only in that hotel but their own at their expense for our trouble. I would stay there again, but book though the hotel directly.
• Negative: Hotel.com screwed up our reservation. Even though it had been made a couple weeks in advance, the hotel only received it hours prior to our arrival.

• Positive: The location of the hotel - a great spot close to the centre and the tapas bars of Santa Cruz.
• Negative: I thought in the room more space could have been gained by removing unnecessary items (i.e. the exercise bike and trouser press) and putting a table and chairs in - much more useful. Also the room needed more drawer space
• I RECOMMEND it for... Older travelers, Couples, Luxury, Modern style lovers
• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Families, Budget travelers, Travelers with a car
• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean and tidy, both public areas and the room.
• Location: 10 Great location close to nightlife and Seville's main sights.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Bar looked a bit amateur and generally unused.
• Staff: 7.5 Pleasant but not over friendly.
• Quietness: 10
• Room: 5 Big room (a triple) but bunk-beds a bit tacky, the space could have been much better organized. Remove unnecessary items and re-organize. Not enough drawers. Put in single beds.
• Value for money: 5 Loved the little touches like use of a hotel laptop and internet in the room. A bit expensive seeing that breakfast wasn't included - you pay for the location but I think the price was a bit high.
