• 清掃について: 7.5 The room and hotel appeared clean. No problems here.
• 立地条件について: 10 The location was fantastic, hard to imagine a better place.
• 設備やサービスについて: 2.5 The rooms are arranged around a central courtyard, which means that you can hear everything that goes on in any of the common areas. The internet never really worked - it won't work for Macs and they blame you for their crappy network. If you connect a cable to the wall, it sometimes works. What a pain! This hotel is the opposite of high tech. The roof deck is unfinished and is no place to spend time. They should be using this space for drinks and breakfast, as the noise wouldn't carry into the rooms.
• スタッフ: 2.5 Staff were generally disinterested. They lost my laundry and at first blamed me for not making them aware of their mistake sooner (I did so within 2 hours of when the clothes should have been delivered). One staff member was using the common-area computers to browse online dating sites on both of the nights we spent in this hotel.
• 騒音について: 2.5 They need to work on sound proofing. We could hear everything in common areas, hallways and in adjacent rooms.
• 客室について: 2.5 The room's size was okay, but the space was poorly used. The TV was visible from the desk, but only if you strained your neck. The bathroom had a glass door, which meant no privacy at all. The shower was nice, but was surrounded by a curtain that looked like it had been salvaged from some nearby trailer park. Overall, they take really good materials and use them in all the wrong ways. The designer responsible for this needs to go to jail.
• 満足度は？: 2.5 Even though it wasn't awful and was well located, I would not return.

• ここが気に入らなかった: No tea or coffee in the room. There was a cupboard where you could get a cup of coffee for free but only when the bar was shut! The rooms were also quite noisy. Next doors toilet flushing was actually louder than the one in our own room. It was also quite expensive for what it was.
