• Positive: How centrally located the hotel is. Cold air conditioning, comfortable beds and losts of hot water. We always stay at the Petit Palace Arenal when we visit Madrid which normally is every other year with some exceptions yearly. We have a love affair with Madrid.
• Negative: i am thainking that there is nothing we disliked. Sometimes it can be noisy if you have a balcony in your room, but what is a great city without noise!

• Location: 10 Don't forget to go to Cabas Bajas and Cabas Altas. Many great restaurants lots of night life.

• Staff: 10 We haves stayed here in many occassions while traveling throughout Europe, (we use Madrid as our Hub), when we return we always feel like we are coming home.
• Quietness: 7.5 Just a little noisy on the balcony when the disco accross the street is in full swing. Nothing to be bothered about.
