• Staff: 10 I didn't know how to book the tickets for Chicago Musical as I don't know Spanish and one of the ladies at the reception desk did it for me. She (unfortunately I don't remember her name) was very helpful, cheerful and polite.

• Negative: El parking está muy lejos. No había sitio en la puerta para descargar. La entrada tiene una alta escalera incómoda para subir las maletas. Era una habitación cuadruple y salvo dos minigeles de ducha y un paquete de pañuelos de papel para los cuatro, aparte de las toallas no había ninguno de los adminículos habituales en un hotel de 4 estrellas.

• Staff: 2.5 Ni amables ni antipáticos, más bien como si no estuvieran. Se olvidaron de darme la clave para la wifi, que luego no funcionaba en la habitación, por cierto y de darme el ticket para el descuento en el parking cuando pagué para irme.
