• Negative: Il a fallu demander et insister auprès de la réception pour avoir un changement de chambre car celle proposée auparavant (coincée et très sombre ) ne correspondait pas à celle demandée pour des clients fidèles que nous sommes depuis plus de 10 ans.

• Staff: 7.5 La personne qui s'est occupé de notre Check in n a pas eu une attitude très professionnelle par rapport à des clients fidèles de l'hôtel . Le reste du personnel était très bien !
