• Location: 10 Right in the centre of everything, only a 30 second walk to the main Cathedral square

• Staff: 10 Extremely friendly and helpful, we felt like one of the family!
• Quietness: 7.5 The streets are quiet in the night but I was woken a couple of times by the Cathedral bells
• Room: 10 Good size, most things we needed (although no tea/coffee making facilities), lovely toiletries, large safe, powerful shower, great view from the roof terrace
• Value for money: 10

• Positive: La ubicación del hotel y el trato recibido. El desayuno es bastante aceptable. Dada su ubicación en el centro, las habitaciones (y el comedor) no son grandes, pero son cómodas.
• Negative: Puede ser de difícil acceso en coche para dejar el equipaje

• Location: 10 en pleno centro (al lado de la catedral)
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 El desayuno es aceptable. Se podria indicar si sirven algo caliente (por ejemplo, no hay huevos revueltos, salchichas o bacon; las tostadas las hacen, pero solo si las pides)
• Staff: 10 excepcional.
• Quietness: 7.5 al ser calles estrechas y del centro, el ruido se amplifica. En general es tranquilo, pero no siempre.
• Room: 7.5 la habitacion (de dos camas) un poco justita, pero comoda. Todo muy nuevo. Las vistas minimas al estar rodeado de edificios de igual altura; El servicio WiFi va muy bien. En recepcion disponen de un ordenador pero no hay servicio de impresora.
• Value for money: 7.5 un poco caro, aunque era septiembre y todavIa en temporada alta de turismo.
