• Positive: The warm welcome and great service received at reception and the cleaninness of the room.
• Negative: Something that it is beyond the reach of the hotel owner...the noise coming from the street during the night (the double glazzing in the windows could not keep the noise coming from rubbish collection vans)

• Staff: 10 Absolutely charming and helpful.
• Quietness: 2.5 Outside noise was a real problem. I think the authorities in Cadiz should realize the serious negative impact that is having on tourism the fact that rubbish collection is done by big engine-vans driven on narrow streets during the middle of the night.
