• Positive: Cheap, I had an exam 5 mins from the hotel, correct ammenities.
• Negative: Receptionist telling me he%27ll give me back my change later (and then I had to ask for it, and they returned 7.12 euro instead of 7; I didn%27t care but it was impolite). Also, they asked me to pay beforehand (that%27s like rude).

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Bed, floor, tables, bathroom and toilets were kept clean.
• Location: 7.5 A subway station is not too far (just around 10 mins away, walking)
• Common facilities and services: 5 On the whole alright. Just the flushing system was not working properly (not a big deal, just had to fiddle with it every time) along with the remote control of the tv (not a big deal either, just had to change channels on the TV set)
• Staff: 7.5 On the whole: they are young people, and they are friendly and polite. Only bad point: when I paid the receptionist didn%27t have the change and told me he%27d pay me back later. I eventually had to ask for it and they rounded up the sum to the lowest euro (owned me something like 7.12 and paid 7); also, they asked me to pay in advance. This was a bit awkward but they were cool otherwise.
• Quietness: 7.5 I was there for two days in order to sit for an examination. I guess I was everybody in my hall were here for the same purpose, therefore they were all more or less silent. However I can tell you that you do hear quite some noise everytime someone enters the hall (halls are very narrow and it%27s quite old doors and structures with keys, not magnetic cards). However, since there are few rooms and the hotel is quite never full, that%27s fine.
• Room: 5 Just the essential. No air conditioner, no extra stuff. But you get the stuff you need to survive.
• Value for money: 10 Man, I paid 45 euros a night for this room ... besides there are many two stars (and sometimes even 3) which happens to be much worse than this. I%27d recommend this hotel if you are not looking for luxury. I%27ll come back if someday i need to come back to this district.

• Location: 7.5 10 minutes walk to Bercy and half an hour walk along the banks of the Seine to Notre Dame. metro 5mins away so accesible to everywhere

• Staff: 10 The staff are the most courteous and helpful I have ever come across and I do a lot of travelling worldwide for my job worldwide

• Room: 5 (room too small for double and single bed but that is what you would expect when it is not expensive)
• Value for money: 10 excellent value
