  • Positive: The location and facilities were brilliant. Perfect for families and the all inclusive food/drink selection was more than adequate.
  • Negative: Whilst the hotel was great, the only thing that I didn't enjoy was the use of salt water within the aqua-park. My advice bring goggles to protect your eyes.

  • Positive: Variety of good tasty food for Dinner and Lunch. View to he valley.
  • Negative: Sadly the beach - the water was wild, hard to swim and dive, but it's not your fault. Spa Krabi was expensive for me. I enjoy voucher otherwise I wouldn't go there on my own extra cost. Maybe I'm not use to pay for services like that that much. I was thinking for simple body massage, or I wish for voucher for massage.

  • Location: 10 Close to Ocean enough, close to bus stop... Just in middle for everything. Taurito seems as nice small area supported with small shops. But that grocery market prices :/ - quite high almost insane. I was willing to buy some snacks but I change my mind and buy just water there.
  • Common facilities and services: 10 I really like nice smell by the entrance of hotel lobby :). Great pieces of furniture in lobby/reception area.
  • Staff: 10 Helpful and nice, no complains.
  • Quietness: 7.5 If someone is not participating on evening show, then noise is disruptive a bit I can imagine. But it was OK for me. I can imagine some nice show in bar area. There was piano ;) I can imagine some paling it for a half hour :) at the evening
  • Room: 10 Just keep eye on rooms and keep them as new. F.e. one some walls were dirty - needs a little paint.
  • Value for money: 10

  • Staff: 2.5 Escaso personal en restaurante. No había trato al cliente, sólo se disponían a recoger, y no se mostraban ni amables ni atentos ante cualquier consulta
