• Positive: La posibilidad de ver el mar desde cualquiera de sus instalaciones directamente. Recepcionistas, cocineros y camareros.
• Negative: El equipo de animación. La vez anterior que estuve nos parecieron un acierto, esta vez muy decepcionados. Hotel de familias sin plan B por si hay algún contrata tiempo como el mal tiempo. Uno de los animadores debe entender que su trabajo es animar como un hooligan, si eras español más bien te evitaban, increíble que más de la mitad no sabe hablar español, etc...

• Positive: Friendly, professional staff covering all aspects of hospitality. All areas, inside and out, were clean and well resourced. The pool was well maintained and supervised; safety was given high priority and all holiday makers were catrered for. Food and drinks were of a high standard both in the restaurants, bar snacks and all bars. Great location well integrated with the shops and aqua park. Something for everyone in a lovely welcoming atmosphere.
• Negative: Having to suffer the effect of other people's smoke at the outside communal areas. particularly the swimming pool patio and bar/smack patio. Ideally would have like a double bed; the central section of the beds in our room was uncomfortable.
