  • Would you recommend it? I don't know
  • Positive: that the theme in the restaurent changed from day to day. That the location of the hotel was away from larger touristcities like Porto Rico and Maspalomas. The food was above avarage and the employees very friendly.
  • Negative: That the hotel did not hav a person near the pool area to enforce the rule that it is not allowed to book sunbeds!! It was soooo frustrating that you had to go to the reception to ask an employee to come and removre the towels placed by other guests with no maners. We also only had 2 chairs on our terrasse (one broken). We were living 4 persons in the room. Hotel not able to supply 4 proper chairs. You had to pay the reception 10€ for a towel that was handed out at another location. When you got there, they were all out of fresh towels. Then you had to go back to the reception, and get your money back. WHY dont you pay for the towels where they are handed out??????!!!

  • Positive: Las instalaciones. Todo estaba en perfecto estado y la limpieza era evidente. La comida estaba bastante bien.
  • Negative: El sistema del todo incluido en el bar piscina. Además creo que en ningún momento se me comunicó con anterioridad que habían ciertas cosas que no entraban dentro del todo incluido antes citado (mojitos, granizados, etc...). Realmente me pareció algo decepcionante.
