• Positive: The 7th floor apartment view and getting to swim in the aqua park twice a day. The staff were all fabulous from Roza to Constantine in the pool bar and Nadia in the restaurant.
• Negative: The very young children using the jacuzzi although the notice said no under 18s. No-one told them to get out. I thought that the standard of food had gone down from last year though when it was superior. We are coming back in November again. The gym in the Valle Taurito was full of broken equipment this year (a big no no) WiFi needs to be upgraded.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Families, Couples
• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Business travelers
• Cleanliness: 10 Towels changed regularly. Great
• Location: 2.5 Location is not good because of not being able to walk anywhere.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Entrance to aqua park great. The gym needs to be fixed in the Valle Hotel as it was very poor. Terrible WiFi
• Staff: 10 Everyone brilliant and helpful
• Quietness: 7.5 A word needs to be had with the staff from the hotel next door who gather outside your bedroom (on the road chatting before their shift) when you are trying to sleep
• Room: 10 Fabulous with great view
• Value for money: 10 Love it that's why we come twice a year and have come for about 6 or 7 years now.
