  • Location: 7.5 good location, close to the beach, nice "boulevard" with shops
  • Common facilities and services: 7.5 Good facilities, but price for acqua park is much too high (we paid entrance for our friends, but the water was not clean, at least 3 slides were out of order due to maintenance activities and very poor food & beverage offer at the bar. Service in the restaurant could be better, too many times there was no cutlery available . Quality of food average Bad wifi service; it is not a problem if we have to pay for wifi in the room, but than you have to offer a good service, which is not the case we expected to play tennis (with a teacher), but upon arrival we discovered that all courts were not available due to maintenance activities (for almost the whole period of our stay). When booking the room, your office confirmed us the availability of the tennis court and also upon arrival your reception told us that we could play, but when we went to the courts they were not available (your own reception did not even know this!!)
  • Staff: 5 Olga of the reception very friendly, but some of the staff of the reception (man with long hair and girl dark hair) are not able to help you in a correct way. Staff of the Krabi Spa very friendly and helpfull. Compliments for your animation team!

  • Negative: Restaurant is not as good as in previous years. Pool bar service is very poor and staff are not interested and don't smile. Constantine is badly missed andf he his wasted in the restaurant. No atmosphere in pool bar as a result of his absence
