• Staff: 7.5 Only complaint was one bar man at piano bar, who stopped serving AI at 10:55pm, when we'd already been queued there for 10 minutes. He wouldn't budge, and this wasn't fair, and left a bitter taste. For the sake of 2 coffees, this really wasn't worth it.

• Negative: The worst bar service I have EVER come across. Some of the rudest barstaff, absolutely no personality, cranky, not interested. I complained to reception about this as well. The poolside bar was just ridiculous. People queuing for 25 minutes for a cola, on their holidays, that is just disgraceful. Lukas is the rudest barman I have ever met, giving out to guests, works on one speed only - slow. He was looking at burgers cooking while there were 14 people queuing up for drinks. I counted them. Every clock in the bars was slightly fast and they closed up early while guests still thought they had a couple of minutes to get a drink or a burger. I will be making my experience clear through as many blogs as I possibly can. What bugs me most is that after making a complaint to reception, no one made contact with me.

• Staff: Not rated I have to say very bad as the bar staff let everyone else down badly. Most of the restaurant staff were great.

• Value for money: Not rated My experience was that from management down it was imposed on staff to keep costs down, to serve drinks (VERY) slowly, do not worry about queues of 10 or 14 people. In this regard I think the hotel is a cheap hotel, and I don't mean cheap - value for money, I mean a low level, very basic, last option hotel.
