• Common facilities and services: 7.5 good heated pools, childrens entertainment, pool bar offering good variety of food and drinks at a reasonable price, handy there is parking available (at a price)
• Staff: 10 all staff were very friendly without being intrusive; cleaners always saying hello with a friendly smile; entertainment staff for children really engaging
• Quietness: 7.5 We had a quiet apartment away from the reception and main road, which was perfect and we could hear little outside noise as expected in a non-rural location. I expect apartments near the main road could hear some noise though.
• Room: 10 amenities more than sufficient and much better compared to alternative apartments we stayed in before. Large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Large balcony with view over Maspalomas.
• Value for money: 7.5

• Common facilities and services: 5 Sunbeds were reserved from early in the morning and stayed unoccupied for a hours at time, especially before noon. You had to be at the pool around 7.45 to be able to get a sunbed by the pool as with kids you need to be close to the pool.
