• Positive: The staff by far were so welcoming, they couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were amazing, we had a studio app. And it was huge, great kitchenette bathroom had a shower bath. We had a lovely balcony with table and chairs. Room had air conditioning plus ceiling fan and app. Were always left cool. Great selection for breakfast and bar food was great and price was very good. The pool area was kept very clean . I loved this hotel and will most definitely be back.

• Positive: Las instalaciones, la limpieza, la animación, el personal.
• Negative: La falta de control de las hamacas en la piscina. Había una señora que de normal reservaba 8 hamacas que apenas se usaban, pero es que un día llegó a reservar hasta 13 hamacas, entró gente de la calle tenía hamacas en el mejor sitio de la piscina y otros que pagamos la estancia con suerte conseguimos una, y todo con la benevolencia del personal de la piscina. Era más que evidente y no hicieron nada por remediarlo. Si ya la gente sabe la hora a la que hacen los controles, con cambiar dichas horas tienen, algo más podrían hacer, porque en cualquier caso paseaban quitaban las etiquetas y no quitaban las toallas de las hamacas sin ocupar.Lamentable.

• Location: 7.5 Etwas abseits, aber wir hatten einen Leihwagen.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Tolle Poollandschaft. Leckeres Essen an der Poolbar, faire Preise. Animation und Abendunterhaltung haben wir nicht genutzt.
• Staff: 10 Alle sehr freundlich.
• Quietness: 7.5 Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig (wir waren im Haupthaus), das Hotel gegenüber hat teilweise sehr laute Animation
• Room: 10 Riesiges Apartment, ganz viele Ablageflächen. Tolle Aussicht von der großen Terrasse.
