• Positive: Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Es wurde in unserem Ferienwohnung-Zimmer sogar das Geschirr für uns gespült. Das Hotel ist von der Autobahn gut und schnell zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war ruhig. Die Betten bequem.
• Negative: Die Zimmer könnten mal wieder modernisiert und renoviert werden. Das WLAN ist leider eher schlecht.

• Positive: Your serviceminded staff! Especially the maids cleaning our appartments and all outside cleaning the walks, fixing the plantahion, henges etc. In short - focus om maintenance that will keep the facilities brautiful. The only thing I can compate with is the Disney Parks in USA
• Negative: Nothing important, but one suggestion - change supplier of toiletpaper. The paper we had was almost like air som you must fold it 4 times, at least....

• Negative: The sunbed area, quite full and would be nice if it was on grass for example so you still have the garden-feeling there. And the minigolf looked outdated and not well-kept

• Location: 10 Great view! Convenient the taxi stop is around the corner, with those you are at the coast in no-time
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Not much entertainment wise, but fine. Pity the minigolf was outdated, did not try out the massage and pub.
• Staff: 7.5 Sometimes the service at the pool bar was not great / friendly, it was different per person.
• Quietness: 7.5 Heard the traffic down the cliff but this was no problem, not annoying. It was totally worth it with the great view we had :)
• Room: 10 Great in all ways! Size, amenities, view were all perfect (we stayed in villa teror)
• Value for money: 10
