• Positive: The room size and balcony size is amazing, you have plenty of room. They are constantly cleaned. The grounds of the hotel are also fabulous, you really do feel as if you are hidden away on a tropical island
• Negative: The pool towel situation, this just became irritating after a week. Tickets being put on the bed saying you haven't been at the bed since 9 even though you only left to walk up to reception at 10. Honestly a new system is needed... BADLY. Also no communal area to sit and have late drinks, after the bar closes at 11 (too early)
• I RECOMMEND it for... Older travelers, Families, Peace seekers, Handicapped
• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Young travelers, Budget travelers
• Cleanliness: 10 spotless. in every part of the hotel
• Location: 7.5 Secluded but really accessible via taxi's which are very cheap so moving to different places is very easy
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 It has everything needed, Bar, Restaurant,gym, shop pool etc.
• Staff: 10 Mainly spoke to the reception staff who were brilliant with any question. Also the cleaning lady was so lovely.
• Quietness: 10 Super Super quiet during the day and night
• Room: 10 Absolutely amazing. Spacious, both inside and the balcony. Kitchen space is excellent. Sofa bed not the best for 2 people
• Value for money: 7.5 Disappointing I had to pay for a full weeek when I only wanted to book for 5 nights

• Positive: Todo muy bien general. Excelentes instalaciones, una fabulosa piscina y una gran simpatía del personal, como seguramente sólo se puede encontrar en Canarias.
• Negative: Que el mobiliario de los apartamentos acusa el paso del tiempo. Las cortinas por ejemplo, deberían llevarse a limpiar o cambiarse con mayor frecuencia; también colchas, mantas, etc. Hay que tener en cuenta que el trasiego de personas es altísimo y esto debería implicar una muy fuerte dedicación a la limpieza y mantenimiento de los apartamentos. Qus sabemos que se intenta, pero es que la rotación de personas de variadísimas procedencias es muy alta. Hemos encontrado cucarachas (muy grandes) en la habitación (varias veces), arañas de varios tipos (varias veces), lombrices (o pequeñas culebras subterraneas de las que se han introducido en la zona de maspalomas, probablemente a partir de las macetas de plantas) en el suelo y en la ducha, varias veces: En definitiva, creemos que esto obliga a revisar la limpieza y manteniemiento de los apartamentos.
