• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean but sewage smell in the bathroom
• Location: 7.5 Not a particularly good looking street or building but extremely well positioned (5mn away from cathedral)
• Common facilities and services: 10 excellent restaurant. Great breakfast once you grasp the concept of a breakfast buffet that is served to your table!!!
• Staff: 10 discrete and efficient (but the hotel was only half full when we came in)
• Quietness: 10 very quiet dead end street with almost no traffic but the hotel customers
• Room: 10 Ample space and very nice bathroom. 1st floor room on the street with no particular view
• Value for money: 7.5 breakfast or parking or basic use of spa could have been included. Everything was with supplement (except the safe and wifi internet access!)

• Negative: la eficacia de la gente y la poca variedad de sus restaurantes, bares. La tienda fatal. En fin hay muchas cosas que se pueden mejorar, sobre todo entrenamiento al personal!!!! ademas el hotel dice que son 5 estrellas y vosotros poneis 4 estrellas gran lujo.
