• Staff: Not rated Nos despertó la señora de la limpieza el primer día sobre las 8.40 de la mañana tocando nuestra puerta y abriéndola posteriormente.Aviso al director que nos puso al habla con la gobernanta Sra Leonor,la cual nos dio un trato nefasto,ya que en ningún momento el hotel no nos informó del horario de limpieza y que los carteles de no molestar no los habíamos visto ya que no estaban a la vista si no escondidos en el mueble del tv

• Location: 10 Lovely position in quiet area but within easy reach of Palma and many other places of interest. Excellent bus service from outside the hotel to Palma.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Two outdoor swimming pools and one indoor. Spa with steam room and sauna and spa treatments available. Outstanding food available at buffet breakfast and dinner. Wonderful selection of hot and cold food of a very high standard.
• Staff: 10 The staff are amazing at this hotel. They are all so friendly and go out of their way to provide an excellent efficient service. They are always courteous and friendly and professional. They always smile and make you feel welcome. In my opinion the staff are what makes this such a special place. Well done Tolo and your team.
• Quietness: 10 Lovely quiet location.
• Room: 10 Large room with wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. Lovely comfortable bed and cleaned to a high standard.
