• Location: 7.5 Could not be better. Tranquil location with shops, cafés nearby. Excellent bus service to Palma and surrounding area.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Variety of things to do, swimming, keep fit, archery etc. I did not think the 'entertainment' poolside in the evening was as good as in previous years. Hence the low attendance.
• Staff: 10 All areas of the Hotel staff were efficient and courteous.
• Quietness: 10 Quiet enough for husband and I.
• Room: 10 Room very good. Terrace chairs have seen better days. Love thelittle pull out washing line.
• Value for money: 10 In a word Yes.

• Negative: Das sie eines der Kinderunfreundlichsten Hotels sind. Wir kommen nicht wieder. Wenn Unterschiede gemacht werden zwischen Kunden mit und ohne Kinder, finde ich nicht, dass Sie weiter zu empfehlen sind. Obwohl es grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel ist.

• Negative: Verschrikkelijk dat mensen om 7.00 uur al de handdoeken op bedjes leggen! Ik vind echt dat jullie daar iets aan moeten doen. Gewoon eraf halen en pas gaan liggen als ze komen.
