• Cleanliness: 7.5 Lovely clean bed linen and towels. Room smelt fresh.
• Location: 7.5 Very close to Sacre Coeur,Monmartre and Moulin Rouge. Pigalle Metro station a few minutes walk from hotel and from the Metro it is easy to travel to all major tourist attractions
• Common facilities and services: 5 Lift is quite small and the stairs are a bit dark.
• Staff: 10 Staff were all very friendly and knowledgable about transport etc.
• Quietness: 5 There was some noise from the street at night but not really noticable if windows kept shut
• Room: 7.5 Dident spend much time in room but it was equipped with a TV, fridge, radioalarm, hairdryer and a great kingsized bed.
• Value for money: 7.5 Not the cheapest hotel in Paris but I have paid more for worse locations

• Negative: The water in the toilet continuously ran as if it had just been flushed, the tv only had french channels and the road and area that the hotel was in had a lot to be desired

• Quietness: 7.5 Once in the room there was no outside noise, however the walls seemed slighlty thin as you could hear people outside in the corridor

• Cleanliness: Not rated Floor in bathroon full of stains, dirty sheets and pillow. Why on earth is so difficult to put ceramic floor in bathroom? Toilet in bathroom was leaking and no reaction from staff after we reported it. COffee cups were not washed after we used the first morning.

• Location: 7.5 perfect really, it%27s in the red light area, but it was not an issue for us, local to everything, metro station just 2 minutes walk.

• Quietness: 7.5 the walls are paper thin, you can hear everyhting going on in the next room, we stayed in the winter, so has windows closed, but could imagine the summer nights to be a very noisy neighbourhood.
