• Positive: Truly excellent customer service from all of the staff that I interacted with, all were possessed of a positive attitude and took extra steps to ensure guest satisfaction
• Negative: Safety Box too small, could not fit laptop inside Booked a Double , but this turned out to be two singles made up separately
