• Positive: Beautiful, well appointed room with a wonderful staff. We had a balcony which afforded us great view of a parade. Centrally located, almost everything within walking distance of the hotel. Would definitely return to the Palacio Reina Victoria Hotel

• Common facilities and services: 5 El servicio de desayuno es muy pobre y de poca calidad. - La fruta llevaba cortada mucho tiempo por su aspecto. - Algunas de las pastas dulces eran seguramente del día anterior pues estaban duras y resecas. - El té es de bolsa de super de mala calidad, agua sucia.

• Quietness: 5 La ventana de la habitación no ajustaba muy bien y se escuchaba todo el ruido de los coches al pasar por la calle.
• Room: 2.5 La habitación muy grande para lo pequeño que es el baño, esta desproporcionado. La puerta resulta muy molesta para entrar y salir del baño pues prácticamente roza con el water, y no hay espacio para moverse. Estaria bien que en la habitación hubiera algún espejo además de en el baño, hay un espejo decorativo en la pared pero es prácticamente minúsculo. El televisor esta metido en una caja negra oscura, y supongo que por esta razón cualquier programa de la tele se veía oscuro, y no encontramos opción de poder aumentar el brillo a la pantalla. Las almohadas son exageradamente altas, no creo que nadie tenga el cuello tan largo, una un poco más bajita para dormir estaría mejor.
