• Positive: The friendly staff, the clean room, the comfortable bed, the interior, the breakfast. It was all very good. And it has been a while that I have seen such good, friendly and helpful staff. The location is very good. Very central and near the metro station. I would def recommend this hotel.
• Negative: The small balcony. We choose the room because of the balcony, but it is no more then a french balcony.

• Quietness: 5 It is ok, but we stayed during a festival in this hotel and since its based in the middel of the centrum, you can expect some noise. We didn't had any trouble with guest noise or anything.
