• Negative: Hotel's staff is not willing to do anything, very slow and not creative. Not super fluent in English. Housekeeping did weird stuff like putting a bathrobe on my suitcase, left my cosmetic bottles in the middle of the bathroom, they did not clean glasses, sometimes forgot to put toiletries. We still tried to tip and encourage them but it did not help much.
