• Cleanliness: 10 It's brand new, so you would expect this. I was disappointed that housekeeping didn't clean our plastic bathroom glasses on the first couple of nights
• Location: 10 Perfect - right across from the metro
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 I've heard tell that there will be a breakfast area. For now there's no where "common"
• Staff: 10 Great staff - friendly and helpful
• Quietness: 7.5 No road noise, but if someone knocks on someone elses door it leaves you wondering if they knocked on yours as the sound carries everywhere
• Room: 7.5 Reasonable size/shape. Fabulous bathroom features.
• Value for money: 7.5 We got 25% off which made it on par with the area. I'm not sure I'd pay full price for the way things currently are.

• Cleanliness: 5 Se nota los polvos en el suelo de la habitación. No se puede andar sin zapatillas. El baño está bien limpio.
• Location: 10 Muy cerca de los sitios de interes y tambien las paradas del bus y metro para ir a otros puntos como albuferra/ ciudad de la ciencia/ playa.

• Staff: 10 Muy amable. Hay una recepcionista que no habla bien inglés pero se esforzó para poder servirnos. Los otros dos chicos muy amable y siempre intentan ayudarnos. Otra chica de la noche tambien. Todos conocen muy bien Valencia y muestran disponibilidad de ayudar / recomendar. Felicidades!
• Quietness: 10 Aunque está por la calle de Colon no se nota ruidos en la habitación.
• Room: 7.5 Bien. Básico.
