• Positive: Rooms were very good, comfortable, good size bathroom with everything available that you need. Staff was friendly! Parking lot in the basement at a good price is a bonus!
• Negative: The hallway when exiting the elevator could be improved/better maintained. They gave a bad impression, which is a shame. Couch at the elevator on the ground floor could be replaced with something more modern. The current one looks quite tired.

• Location: 7.5 Close to the city center.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Limited "bar" area, not really inviting. Might also not be necessary for most guests.
• Staff: 7.5 No remarks to be made, good and friendly staff. Nothing extraordinary either so I went with "Good".
• Quietness: 10 No issues at all.
• Room: 7.5 Above average room for my stays in Spain. However, some small things that can be done better. Setting of the A/C (now blocked with a metal cover, looks a bit messy). There was no minibar.
• Value for money: 7.5 Good, no remorse, well located hotel, above average in general. However, not top level/luxury. Depending on what you require during your stay, this was a fine hotel and I would possibly revisit it.
