• Quietness: 10 A pleasant surprise. I am a very light sleeper but there was no noise at all. perfect!
• Room: 7.5 I had a single room and these are always smaller than doubles - it was a bit dark.

• Negative: I booked Hotel NH Nacional on 8 February 2009. Cancellation and modification of this reservation were prohibited under the terms and condition. However, when my wife and I arrived the hotel after the long journey from Japan, we were told that there were no rooms for us and we had to move to another hotel without any compensation. I strongly regret to have chosen NH Hotel who requires very strict conditions to the customer and easily breaches the contract. This is absolutely the worst hotel I booked.

• Negative: that this was an Elderhostel - not a hotel for business travelers. The rooms were small and overheated. The place felt dingy and old.

• Location: 10 We used this location to tour Madrid as well as a day trip by train to Toledo. The museum is next door as well as many sights!
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Parents in USA ordered a wine and cheese basket delivered upon check in and they did a wonderful job
• Staff: 10 We left our luggage all day on our last day at the staff's suggestion instead of train station locker room when we left for Sevilla
